Nancy is amazing! I was hesitant at first since there were other realtors willing to lower their commission to get the listing, but Nancy and her team are true professionals. I literally gave her my keys and she took care of the rest, literally everything! She also communicated well and gave timely updates and great advice. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell, we listed at $599K and sold for $700K setting the highest price for a 1/1 in our complex. I strongly suggest you choose Nancy as your realtor!
Also she helped me find another realtor for my 1031 exchange in another state. She even called him to make sure he would be a good fit and take care of us, she really went above and beyond!
